Compensation Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Approximate Annual CTC: ₹5.1-₹5.3 lakh per annum

This role does not include performance-linked variable pay.

About The Role We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to support the delivery of our Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) consulting engagements. This is an execution-focused consulting role involving research, project management, policy development, learning design, facilitation support, client coordination, and documentation. You will work across consulting engagements with organisations from diverse sectors to strengthen workplace safety, compliance, organisational culture, and employee wellbeing.

The role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing research with implementation, is highly organised, and is excited to work across multiple projects simultaneously. As part of a growing consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of recent products, frameworks, and services while working closely with senior colleagues and clients.

Key Requirements Educational Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in law, psychology, social work, public policy, human resources, organisational development, sociology, gender studies, management, or another relevant field is preferred.
- A Master’s degree is not required for this role. Please note that a Master’s degree does not substitute for the required full-time work experience.

We assess candidates based on demonstrated professional experience, skills, and the ability to perform the responsibilities of this role.

Experience Applicants must have:





- At least 1 year of relevant full-time professional experience in workplace safety, POSH implementation, human resources, organisational development, consulting, programme management, or related fields.

- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience conducting research and synthesising information into practical outputs.
- Experience drafting reports, policies, presentations, or other professional documentation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops or delivering learning sessions will be considered an advantage.

Roles And Responsibilities Consulting Project Execution

- Support the implementation of consulting engagements from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project timelines, documentation, deliverables, and client communication.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support colleagues in maintaining project quality and client satisfaction.

Policy Development and Organisational Advisory

- Conduct policy reviews and support the drafting of organisational policies and frameworks.
- Assist with workplace assessments and organisational diagnostics.
- Contribute to the development of recommendations that strengthen organisational culture and workplace safety.





- Support consulting engagements focused on organisational effectiveness and employee wellbeing.

Learning Design and Facilitation
- Develop presentations, facilitation plans, participant resources, and learning materials.

- Support the delivery of workshops, capacity-building sessions, and organisational training.
- Adapt learning materials for different audiences and organisational contexts.
- Contribute to the design of new learning products and consulting resources.

Research and Knowledge Development
- Conduct desk research across emerging issues relevant to workplace safety, organisational development, and inclusion.
- Support the development of reports, toolkits, guides, frameworks, and other knowledge products.

- Stay informed about developments in organisational development, labour rights, workplace safety, and related fields.

Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients throughout consulting engagements.

- Schedule meetings, manage documentation, and track project deliverables.
- Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the preparation of presentations, meeting notes, and project reports.

Business Development Support
- Support the preparation of consulting proposals, concept notes, and presentations.
- Conduct background research on prospective clients and sectors.

- Assist with the development of organisational capability statements and marketing materials where required.
