Lead planning of electrical operations setup at the project site ensuring appropriate allocation and timely approval of budgets for the greenfield project

Plan and estimate manpower requirement to ensure availability by proper planning & coordination with other departments for electrical work at project site

Co-ordinate on a regular basis with Process team for testing & trials of equipment to maximize output

Evaluate vendor proposals, drive vendor negotiations and selection basis the requirement of the project

Manage erection & commissioning of all the electrical equipment required for the project like Generator, Power & Auxiliary Transformers, MV & LV Motors, MV Board, PCC, MCC etc. Coordinate with equipments manufacturer for testing and pre-commissioning activity





Set systems for timely electrical services for repair and maintenance of equipment like borewells, welding machines etc. to other departments like Mines, Mechanical, Utility etc.

Set systems for condition monitoring of equipment & conducting failure investigation analysis and to take corrective measure and maximize RoI for the project

Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to get approval for the project design and initiate work by coordinating with Head - Project Execution

Work with internal stakeholders in defining parameters for successful project design and planning
