Maintenance operations

Supervise civil construction and maintenance activity of assigned area (eg, housekeeping, drain cleaning, etc)

Conduct surveying and measurements on the site, as required

Monitor daily civil activities of contractual and supply manpower

Resolve day to day complaints related to carpentry, plumbing and masonry work inside the plant, based on complaints received on help desk and during telephonic conversations

Supervise of execution of work done by contractor at site and ensure compliance to quality and safety standards

Supervise daily civil activities at site including proper construction of structure with all the requirements and housekeeping work after completion of work





Provide technical guidance to contractors and workers at site regarding civil work on the basis of Indian Standard and Drawings.

Supervise timely preparation of schedule and adherence to the same

Give instructions to the contractual staff to execute the work as per the plan

Safety

Ensure nil lost time accidents through robust implementation of safety guidelines like usage of PPEs, etc

Drive a culture promoting focus on environment, health and safety across the organization

Ensure maintenance of good housekeeping practices and safe work practices for setting-friendly operations and machinery
