- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.

Qualification: BE Mechanical or Electrical only Years of Experience: 6-10 years

Purpose

Associate Lead MEP quality governance, process standardization, business excellence initiatives, project performance management, and continuous improvement across projects. Responsible for driving quality compliance, operational excellence, digitalization, and knowledge management to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Accountability

Below key responsibilities in addition to KRAs & KPIs of Quality function, but not limited to:

MEP Quality Governance

- Develop and standardize MEP quality standards, SOPs, ITPs, checklists, and best practices.
- Monitor quality performance across projects and drive corrective actions.
- Support project teams in resolving critical quality issues and improving First Time Right (FTR).

Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement

- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive standardization, productivity enhancement, and reduction of rework and quality failures.
- Benchmark industry best practices and implement lessons learned across projects.

Performance Management & MIS

- Establish MEP quality KPIs, dashboards,



and management review reports.
- Analyse NCRs, external audits, FTR, punch points, and quality trends for improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of quality metrics.

Audits, Compliance & Risk Management

- Conduct corporate quality audits and process assessments.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and organizational standards.
- Monitor CAPA and Risk mitigation plan implementation and effectiveness.

Digitization & Knowledge Management

- Support automation of quality processes, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Maintain quality knowledge repository, lessons learned, and best-practice libraries.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and digital quality initiatives.

Capability Building

- Conduct technical and quality excellence training for all team members along with group Business Excellence.
- Support competency development, certification programs, and awareness initiatives.

Budget & Resource Management

- Prepare and monitor annual Quality & Business Excellence budgets.
- Track advantages realization from improvement initiatives and optimization projects.
