Inviting applications for the role of Associate -Invoice to Cash
Roles and Responsibilities
- Billing and Invoicing.
- Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
- Monitor review and update the Customer details in CRM
- Invoice corrections – Credits & Rebills
- Emails queries/requests from field teams
- Support and drive metrics.
- Update Work Instructions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- College or University degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
- A proficient level of English
- Result oriented and attention to detail is a must.
- Teammate attitude
- Ability to be pro-active and to think “creatively”.
