Fixed Income Markets business is mainly trading in Fixed Income products & acting as Principal, Broker & arranger in Debt Segment

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Functional Responsibilities

- Broker/empanelment /Vendor Form received from client filled out and providing the same with documents required by client.
- For Onboarding process gathering documents from client as per compliance List and checking AML (Anti Monetary Laundering) screening.
- Maintaining all the records and data related to client’s documents and information.
- Tagging of client payments, maintaining data integrity across systems. Proactively monitored and reconciled entries to prevent discrepancies between IBEATS, DDS, and GST records.
- Maintenance of accurate contact numbers and email IDs for each client in DDS,



to facilitate prompt communication and ensure clients receive deal details on time.
- Creation of Security Master data for newly securities.
- Ensured the timely and accurate processing of all broking deals in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies based on dealer inputs on NTRP (Negotiated trade Reporting Platform & Current Debt Market (NSE)), BSE and reporting RFQ OTM deals in line with the new NSE .in line with the new NSE requirement for broker as per SEBI for broker acting on behalf of client. Assisted clients in confirming deal details, brokerage amounts and timely sharing the contract note.

Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate
