Your work profile

Experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Expert / Consultant with strong expertise in SNP Data Migration and Selective Data Transition (SDT) projects. Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions, system transformations, carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring initiatives using SNP tools. Capable of leading end-to-end SAP data migration programs, including migration strategy, planning, execution, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and hypercare support.

Strong understanding of pre-conversion and post-conversion activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, ensuring successful migration of data from source SAP systems to target SAP environments while minimizing business disruption.

Experienced in leading cross-functional SAP teams and managing complex migration engagements from initiation through go-live. Demonstrated ability to handle client interactions, business stakeholder management,



project governance, risk management, and executive communications. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing distributed teams and driving successful project outcomes.

Key skills required

- Robust expertise in SAP and SNP Data Migration solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA Conversion and Transformation projects.
- Experience with SNP Selective Data Transition (SDT) and selective data migrations.
- Knowledge of pre-migration, conversion, cutover, and post-migration activities in S/4HANA programs.
- Experience in SAP carve-out, merger, acquisition, divestiture, and entity consolidation projects using SNP tools.
- Expertise in data migration from source SAP systems to target SAP environments.
- Ability to lead and manage teams comprising SAP migration consultants, functional consultants, and technical resources.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in project planning, governance, risk management, cutover management, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
- Strong collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
