Role & responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a agile, results-driven professional to join our expanding team. This pivotal role is aimed at propelling our growth by promoting our legal services to clients in the financial service sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the domain, its requirements and excel in building robust relationships with professionals and firms.

- Identify and target potential clients within the industry.
- Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through superior service and communication.
- Lead and expand Legal Services offerings across Legal Operations, Contract Management, Regulatory Compliance, Transaction Support, Legal Technology, Data Privacy, and Managed Services for global financial services clients.
- Deliver presentations to prospective clients highlighting our service capabilities.
- Understanding of various platforms and experience of engaging in platform partnerships
- Handling client negotiations end to end to ensure timely execution and completion.




- Work closely with the marketing team to create relevant marketing collaterals and run campaigns.
- Mentor teams and build processes to deliver the top-quality support service to the clients.
- Experience of using technology and expectation to work with AI to deliver results

Key Competencies

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote or flexible environment.
- Working knowledge and experience working on Large Language Models (LLMs), legal AI tools and their application in legal research, contract review, and document automation
- Ability to effectively oversee / manage stakeholders both internal and external, be solution oriented and come up with ideas to accelerate the growth of Legal support services.
- Good knowledge and understanding of relevant tools and technology providers relevant in the Legal domain and devise strategy to engage with them and explore partnership options.

Required Education

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent
- Any other certifications in finance, business or marketing are an added advantage.
