NCorporate Flyers Private Limited is a leading Corporate & MICE travel management company. We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - MICE Sales to join our team.

NOpen Position:

NAssociate Director - MICESales (Minimum 15 years plus of experience in MICE Sales).

NLocation: Mumbai and Bangalore.

NKey Responsibilities:

N·Develop and execute MICEsales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth

N·Secure current MICE businessfrom corporate clients, associations.

N·Build and maintain long-term relationships with key MICE clients

N·Prepare sales forecasts,budgets, and performance reports

N·Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments for MICE bookings

N·Lead and mentor MICE sales team;





collaborate with Operations and Events teams

N·Monitor market trends and participate in MICE trade shows

NRequirements:

N·Criteria Requirement-

N·Education - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business/Marketing;

Master's preferred

n·Experience - 15+ years MICE Sales, 5-7 years leadership role

N·Skills-Strong negotiation, closing, presentation & communication skills.

N·Technical - CRM systems,MS Office proficiency.
