As an engineering leader, you will manage multiple Scrum teams and ensure the timely design, development, and delivery of product increments aligning with the product roadmap. You will bring robust people leadership, sound technical judgment, and commitment to excellence. You will foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure engineering outcomes align with business goals and customer needs without losing focus on quality.

You will also serve as the liaison between the Scrum teams and senior leadership.

- Strong technical background with experience in driving execution across multiple engineering teams.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical topics to both

- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud-native

architectures, agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and production operations.
- Contributing to technical design reviews, non-functional requirements analysis, security &

privacy risk assessments and threat modelling.
- Use metrics and qualitative insights to improve team effectiveness and delivery flow.
- Continuous improvement of engineering and release practices.
- Ensuring strong team morale and camaraderie by conducting regular 1-on-1s and skip levels with team members.

Good to have:
- SaaS based enterprise product development.
- Experience in financial services or fintech products.
- Exposure working with AWS or other similar Cloud platforms.
