Job Summary

Lochan & Co. is looking for an Associate – Civil Engineer to support project monitoring, coordination, reporting and technical documentation from our Noida head office.

The role will primarily focus on project monitoring and coordination (80%), with approximately 20% involvement in business development and technical proposal support.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor project schedules, workplans, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, technical experts and field teams.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, actions and approvals.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly/fortnightly and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, registers and documentation.
- Coordinate client/PMU meetings, minutes and follow-ups.
- Support preparation and review of technical reports and project documents.
- Assist with EOIs, RFPs,



TORs and technical proposals, including methodology and workplans.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering Consultancy, PMC, Project Coordination, Project Management or Project Controls.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants/field teams.
- Strong experience in reporting, documentation, project tracking and deliverable management.
- Experience with government/World Bank/ADB/other development-partner-funded projects will be an advantage.
- Technical proposal/U&M; experience is desirable.
- Robust written and verbal English communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; MS Project/Primavera/PMIS experience is an advantage.
