We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in middle office operations, trade affirmation, and settlement processes to join our team as an Associate- (Cash & Position Reconciliation) (IORS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling derivative products like Futures, Options, and OTC derivatives.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage cash and position reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.

- Handle trade confirmations and settlements for timely and efficient processing.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and issues related to cash and position reconciliations.

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cash and position reconciliations.

- Collaborate with the IORS team to ensure seamless execution of trades and settlements.





- Analyze and resolve complex reconciliation issues using robust analytical skills.

Job Requirements

- Experience in middle office operations, trade affirmation, and settlement processes.

- Strong knowledge of derivative products including Futures, Options, and OTC derivatives.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in IORS systems and software applications.
