Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria before handing off to the sales/technical team
- Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools




- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify current business opportunities and target segments
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demos, and presentations
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns in coordination with marketing
- Maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and nurturing
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline status
- Collaborate with the pre-sales technical consultant to hand over qualified, well-briefed leads

Skills Required

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with market research capability
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM tool and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Target-driven with a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Good understanding of B2B sales cycles
