Position Overview

Apollo is seeking a Director to join the Credit Strategy Management team to own and drive the highest-priority cross-platform initiatives across our + billion Credit platform. The team partners directly with local and global leadership to evaluate, structure, and execute workstreams spanning product and platform strategy, capital strategy, growth, enterprise planning, and platform execution. This role sits at the center of decision-making for Apollo's Credit platform and will support the India Credit Lead alongside global COO team.

Credit org in India (NESCO location) is poised to grow to FTEs by end of 2026 and split across 15 teams. The role ensures communications and pertinent updates at both India Global level to be disseminated effectively to the team in India. That also means developing expert level understanding of the credit business (e.g., strategic objectives, global growth plans/priorities, business overviews, etc.) to represent interests/strategies effectively support team strategy to help drive efficiencies, scalability, technology and best practices. The responsibilities also include develop and track KPIs and management dashboards (AUM, flows, performance, productivity), partner with Technology and Data teams on platform modernization and reporting manage and drive key strategic projects and initiatives for the team.

Familiarity with Asset Management, Trading, Analytics and risk management as it pertains to derivative asset classes, related trends, issues, and developments will be obtained while working in this position.

Responsibilities

- Build trading strategies, quantitative models of valuation, risk sensitivities, risk reporting, stress tests for equity, FX and interest rate derivatives including and not limited to options, swaps,



forwards, semi exotic and exotic payoff structures.
- Get familiarity with models implemented in Fusion Invest platform
- Assess model output for appropriateness from trading lens. Conduct stress testing of the Asset-Liability book in complex market scenarios. Implement methods of monitoring model risk.
- Work with Quantitative Analyst, Traders, and Portfolio Managers to support rapid development and testing of research ideas on developing new methods and models and its deployment. Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions that enhance functionality and address business challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology to provide informed insights and recommendations.

Qualifications Experience

- Masters / Bachelor's degree in computer science, financial engineering or related field and 4+ years of experience in Trading or related field.
- Understanding of Front Office Risk models
- The ideal candidate will have solid quantitative and basic programming skills.
- Familiarity with front-to-back-office trading processes, risk management frameworks, and capital markets operations is desirable.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with end users and team members.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to enhance production ready code delivery.
