Key Responsibilities 1. AI Opportunity Scouting & Market Intelligence

- Continuously track AI, automation, and emerging technology developments relevant to CSP, M&A; Advisory, Real Estate, Talent, and FinTech businesses across MS Holdings.
- Translate external AI trends into specific, actionable business use cases rather than general awareness reports.
- Identify competitor and industry AI adoption opportunities and recommend practical applications for MS Holdings.

2. Solution Design & Prototyping

- Independently design, build, and validate AI-powered prototypes and proof of concepts to address business challenges.
- Quickly evaluate feasibility and business value, discontinuing low-impact initiatives early.
- Develop solutions using the most effective technologies, including low-code platforms, APIs, scripting, and commercially available AI tools.

3. Execution & Deployment

- Deploy AI solutions into live business workflows across Performance Marketing, Business Development Services (BDS), Business Development (BD), and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) teams.
- Integrate solutions with existing business applications and workflows rather than creating separate systems.
- Drive user adoption and remain accountable until solutions are successfully implemented and actively used.

4. Efficiency Without Compromising Quality

- Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, reduce operational costs, or shorten turnaround times.
- Implement validation mechanisms to ensure improvements do not compromise quality, accuracy, or client experience.
- Measure and report the impact of every deployed solution using quantifiable before-and-after metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

- Work closely with Business Analytics, Business Excellence, IT, and business stakeholders to implement AI initiatives.
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation to enable business teams to independently operate deployed solutions.
- Promote AI adoption and continuous improvement across departments.

6. RESTful API Integration & Technical Development

- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and webhook-based services into enterprise workflows.
- Design and maintain SQL database schemas to support AI applications and automation.
- Work with secure authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and JWT.
- Develop scalable integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Generative AI platforms, LLM APIs, AI agents, automation frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience in REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of SQL databases and cloud-based AI services.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
