Associate – AIF Operations (Role & Responsibility but is not limited to)

- Basic knowledge of AIF.
- Managing AIF bank transactions.
- AIF account opening.
- AIF documentation (as required by the client).
- AIF billings & recovery.
- Managing client calls.
- Managing the TAT of T+0 , T+1 depending upon the nature of the transaction.
- Contribution agreement signing.
- Arranging Trust Deed registration at PAN India level.
