Role Description The Assistant Warehouse Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including overseeing stock movement, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that all goods are stored, handled, and dispatched accurately and on time.

The Assistant Warehouse

Manager will coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and logistics teams to align deliveries with event schedules and production requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising loading and unloading, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards,



assisting with periodic stock audits, and preparing basic reports on inventory status and warehouse performance. The role also involves guiding warehouse staff, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement in processes to meet the needs of a high-end catering environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of goods.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Operations Management to support efficient warehouse workflows and timely fulfillment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or other material handling equipment, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in food, hospitality, or event catering sectors.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead and coordinate warehouse staff, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory or ERP systems; formal training or certification in warehouse management is an advantage.
