Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy: Build and run sales plans to hit booking and revenue targets.

- Marketing Leadership: Work with marketing teams on campaigns, project launches, and digital ads.

- Channel Partners: Grow and keep strong ties with local brokers, investors, and channel networks.

- Market Analysis: Track competitor pricing, buyer needs, and local property shifts.

- Operations & Compliance: Oversee the sales funnel from site visits to final closure, ensuring local regulatory alignment.

Job Requirements

- Experience: 8 to 15 years of proven real estate sales and marketing background.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Real Estate preferred.

- Skills: Solid negotiation, leadership, and data analysis abilities.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
