Job Summary

Urbanrise Alliance Group, South India s largest real estate developer is poised to enter the hospitality sector with over 20 resorts across India at an investment of around crores. Exotic destinations such as Coorg, Chikkamagaluru, Coonoor, Ayodhya, etc, have already been identified. Urbanrise is building a team and looking for growth-oriented leaders.

Responsibilities

- Identifying top hotel operator brands (Taj, ITC, Hilton, Atmosphere etc.) and initiating a dialogue with them.
- Negotiating with multiple hospitality brands and entering into operator management contracts.
- Single point of contact between Urbanrise s chain of resorts and resort brand operators.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 2+ Years of experience in deal negotiations with resort operators/builders.
- Minimum of 2 Verifiable deals done between resort operators and builders.
- The above two qualifications must be in the recent 5 years of experience.

Positive to Have Experience and Traits





- Hospitality industry experience of 12 to 18 years at top hospitality brands (Taj, ITC, Club Mahindra, Sterling, Hilton, Westin etc.)
- Experience working with resort operators and (or) experience working with resort developers.
- Should be knowledgeable about resort operational models and the model followed by industry brands.
- Should be smart and possess analytical, business and good negotiation skills.
- Working with IPCs in their hospitality department.
- Good at communication (both written and oral). Willing to travel extensively.
- Bachelors/Master s in Hospitality Management and /or MBA
