J116: Marketing Assistant to GM Marketing

- Location: Peenya, Bangalore

- Experience Required: 1–3 Years

The Marketing Assistant will directly support the General Manager (GM) of Marketing in coordinating and executing go-to-market strategies across all of Seonics' core business verticals (including Aerospace & Defence, Fire Protection, Life Sciences, and Ozonators). This position acts as the central cross-functional link ensuring that corporate communications, promotional collateral, industrial trade show preparation, and digital presence seamlessly match the brand’s technical standards.

Core Responsibilities

- Assisting the GM in drafting multi-vertical marketing plans and executing promotional outreach schedules.

- Managing corporate sales collateral, datasheets, product presentations, and cross-vertical digital content updates.

- Coordinating logistics for key aerospace, defense, and industrial trade exhibitions (e.g., Aero India, Water Expo, Excon).

- Collecting and filtering market data, client inquiries,



and competitive intelligence to feed directly into the GM’s strategic pipeline.

- Maintaining updates within the corporate CRM software to ensure smooth lead distribution to respective engineering and sales divisions.

Skills And Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or an engineering stream with a robust commercial interest.

- Experience: 1–3 years of core marketing coordination or executive assistance experience, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, B2B engineering, or electronics ecosystem.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced PowerPoint and Excel), and elementary digital content layout tools.

- Competencies: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to handle high-level corporate interactions, exceptional organizing capabilities, and the mental agility to quickly context-switch across diverse product portfolios.
