Role Summary

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented HR to manage end-to-end recruitment, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR data management. The role requires solid stakeholder coordination,

process adherence, and proficiency in HR documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving recruitment operations efficiently while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to Onboarding

Conduct initial HR screenings and facilitate end-to-end interview coordination

Oversee offer management, including roll-out and follow-ups

Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of joining formalities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

Administer and optimize the usage of ATS for effective recruitment tracking





Monitor hiring pipelines and maintain structured candidate databases

Prepare, analyze, and present Recruitment MIS and HR reports

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to fulfil talent requirements within defined timelines

Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards

Core Competencies

Proven experience in ATS management and recruitment operations

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline

8-10 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roles
