Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during shifts.

- Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and training to improve performance.

- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stockroom organization.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in hotel management or QSR industry.

- Strong knowledge of caf/restaurant management principles and practices.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in pizza making techniques (desirable).
