Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) Site Installation

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer

Work Location: Pan India

Experience: 12–15 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced qualified for the role of Assistant General Manager – Site Installation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of installation activities across project sites, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and effective coordination between factory, site, and corporate teams. The role also involves managing client relationships and resolving site-related challenges efficiently

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Spearhead site inspections and ensure all pre-clearance activities are completed before starting installation.
- Plan and manage installation work as per project timelines.
- Arrange and allocate machines, manpower, and materials for different sites.
- Lead and manage site teams across Pan India locations.
- Monitor ongoing installation work and ensure it is done as planned.
- Track progress and share regular updates with management.
- Maintain quality standards at all stages of installation.




- Coordinate between factory, site teams, and corporate office.
- Manage vendors and ensure timely support and delivery at sites.
- Handle client communication and resolve site issues quickly.
- Support teams in troubleshooting installation problems.
- Guide site teams in day-to-day activities and decision-making.
- Ensure safety rules and standard practices are followed at all sites.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil)
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in site execution, planning, or finishing works in reputed organizations
- B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical / Civil) preferred
- MBA in Operations or M. Tech (Mechanical / Civil) will be an added advantage
