- Develop and execute revenue-generating sales strategies targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, MICE segments, digital channels and trhough travel trade.
- Manage a pipeline of high-value accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals that boost ARR and occupancy for key properties.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management to align promotional calendars, rate structures, and package offerings with market demand.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and B2B networking forums to expand client acquisition and market presence.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer feedback to refine offers and maximize ROI on sales initiatives.
