About The Role :

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Relationship Manager to for our sales team who can engage with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and educating them about investment products such as Corporate Bonds, Mutual Funds, and other financial instruments. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in finance, sales, or investment advisory.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do:

● Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand investor requirements

● The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition and lead conversion through calls, working with channel partners, creating interest and qualifying prospects.

● Explain and educate users about Grip’s offerings and its benefits

● Manage and nurture relationship with existing and potential investor to increase investment activity on the platform

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

● Follow up with interested prospects to ensure conversion readiness

● Stay updated on financial products and market trends

Experience & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Economics preferred but not mandatory)
- Have an understanding of the wealth segment and product offerings (0-2 years’ work experience in investment product sales)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to learn about investment and financial products
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds, bonds, or capital markets is an advantage
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
