About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced CAPEX Buyer / Project Procurement Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement for CAPEX and project requirements, including Civil, MEP, HVAC, Interiors, machinery and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CAPEX & Project Procurement

- Manage end-to-end procurement for CAPEX and projects from RFQ to PO closure.
- Handle Civil, MEP, HVAC, Interior, machinery and equipment procurement.
- Manage AMC and maintenance contracts.

2. Vendor Management & Sourcing

- Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors and contractors.
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and negotiations.
- Develop sourcing strategies for cost optimization.

3. Tendering & Contract Management

- Prepare RFQs, RFPs and tender documents.
- Manage e-auctions and commercial bidding.
- Review contracts and monitor vendor compliance.

4. Cost Optimization & Commercial Analysis

- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering and commercial evaluations.
- Ensure procurement is within approved budgets.




- Prepare comparative statements and approval notes.

5. Project Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Operations, Finance and User Teams.
- Track procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve procurement and commercial issues.

6. Systems & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Work on SAP S/4 HANA, Advanced Excel and procurement tools.

Candidate Profile:

- B.E. (Mechanical) with 68 years of relevant experience.
- Robust technical, commercial and negotiation skills.
- Experience in large-scale project procurement.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
