Job Overview:

We're looking for an ambitious ARM (B2B2C) to help drive the adoption of GRIP's Partner Portal among Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, RIAs, and distribution partners across India. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective partners, scheduling and conducting product demonstrations, onboarding them onto the platform, and ensuring they successfully execute their first client transaction. As one of the early members of this team, you'll play a key role in expanding the reach of one of India's first dedicated digital fixed-income platforms built for financial advisors.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Channel Partnerships, Wealth Management, Financial Products, and B2B Sales.

Key Responsibilities / What Youll Do:

- Build relationships with Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, and distribution partners, helping them discover the value of GRIP's Partner Portal.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educate partners on how they can leverage the platform to grow their business.
- Drive end-to-end partner adoption—from the first conversation and onboarding to the first client transaction and repeat business.
- Act as a trusted partner, helping advisors confidently introduce fixed-income investment opportunities to their clients.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to continuously improve the partner experience based on market feedback.
- Stay on top of market trends and investment products while contributing to the growth of one of India's most innovative wealth-tech platforms.

Experience & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Economics preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages a plus)




- Willingness to learn about investment and financial products
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds, bonds, or capital markets is an advantage
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
