Role Description The Assistant Project Manager (Interior Fit-out) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project schedules,



coordinating with design, procurement, factory, and site teams, and expediting materials and services to meet deadlines. The role involves assisting with site inspections, monitoring work progress, resolving minor issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

The Assistant Project

Manager also helps with documentation, reporting, client communication updates, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth project execution from installation to final handover.

Required Skills

- Prior experience in Residential Interior Fit-Out Projects is mandatory.
- Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Experience in site execution, quality control, vendor coordination, and project planning.
- Capable of delivering projects within committed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
