- Teach core subjects such as:

- Social Psychology
- Abnormal Psychology
- Developmental Psychology
- Research Methodology

- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools
- Use creative teaching methodologies (case studies, simulations, ICT tools)

Research Publications

- Conduct high-quality research in relevant areas of psychology
- Publish research papers in Scopus / UGC-CARE listed journals
- Apply for funded research projects and consultancy

Student Mentorship Guidance

- Guide undergraduate/postgraduate students in projects and dissertations
- Provide academic counseling and career guidance
- Support students in internships and placements

Institutional Responsibilities

- Participate in curriculum development as per NEP 2020 guidelines




- Contribute to NAAC/NBA accreditation processes
- Engage in administrative and committee work

Industry Community Engagement

- Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures

- Promote mental health awareness initiatives
- Master s Degree (MA/MSc in Psychology) with minimum 55% marks

- PhD in Psychology
