The role
BITE has held NCTE recognition for B.P.Ed since 2008, and — unusually for eastern UP — owns its sports infrastructure outright
: a 400m athletics track, full-size cricket and football grounds, multi-sport courts, an indoor hall and gymnasium, a yoga studio, and a sports sciences lab. Practicals happen on our own ground, daily. Nothing is rented, nothing gets cancelled.
You will teach the theory papers, lead the practical and coaching programme, run the sports sciences lab, and supervise the school internship and Teaching Ability Examination that decide whether a trainee can actually hold a class.
The wider context matters: NEP 2020's sports-integration mandate, CBSE affiliation requirements, and the Khelo India expansion have made credentialed PE teaching one of the few areas where demand runs ahead of trained supply. You will be preparing students into a genuinely open job market.
