- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Physical Education and Sports Sciences
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools
- Conduct practical sessions, fitness training, and sports coaching
- Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and practical assessments

Sports Training Activities

- Train students in various sports and physical fitness programs
- Organize inter-college, university-level, and intra-mural sports competitions
- Identify and mentor talented athletes
- Promote health, wellness, and fitness awareness programs

Research Development

- Engage in research activities and publish papers in reputed journals
- Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops
- Contribute to curriculum development aligned with NEP guidelines

Administrative Duties





- Assist in departmental administration and academic planning
- Maintain records of student performance and sports activities
- Support accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA)
- Participate in committees and institutional activities

Industry Community Engagement

- Collaborate with sports organizations, academies, and fitness institutions
- Organize outreach programs, workshops, and training camps
- Master s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) with at least 55% marks

- NET/SET qualification
- Ph.D. in Physical Education

- Robust knowledge of sports science, fitness training, and physical education pedagogy
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize sports events and manage teams
