NKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and update course curriculum, Self-Learning Materials (SLMs), e-content, and learning resources.
N
- Coordinate course delivery through the Learning Management System (LMS).
N
- Conduct live online/offline classes for B.Com and M.Com students.
N
- Design and evaluate assessments and examinations.
N
- Moderate discussion forums and mentor learners.
N
- Collaborate with CourseMentors and faculty members for effective course delivery.
N
- Ensure academic quality, originality,



and compliance with UGC ODL and Online Regulations.
N
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and departmental initiatives in line with NEP 2020.
N

nEligibility (As per UGC Norms):

N

- Assistant Professor qualification in the relevant discipline as per UGC norms, along with any one of the following:
N
- Postgraduate degree(MCom) with at least 55% marks and a Ph.D.,
N

nPreferred Experience:

N

n
- Experience in teaching, curriculum development, or content creation in an Online/ODL workplace.
N
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital assessment tools.
