- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in:

- Conduct student assessments, mentoring, and project supervision. 2. Research Publications

- Publish research papers in Scopus / SCI / ABDC indexed journals.
- Undertake research in areas such as:

- Optimization models
- Decision sciences
- AI/ML applications in operations

- Apply for research grants, patents, and consultancy projects.
- Participate in national and international conferences. 3. Academic Administration

- Contribute to curriculum development aligned with NEP/UGC norms.




- Participate in accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA).
- Support departmental and institutional academic activities. 4. Industry Collaboration

- Develop industry linkages for live projects and internships.
- Conduct MDPs, FDPs, and consultancy assignments.
- Integrate real-world problem-solving into teaching.
- PhD in Operations Research / Management / Business Analytics / Industrial Engineering (mandatory or submitted thesis with strong publication record).

- Master s degree (MBA / M.Tech / M.Sc.) with specialization in Operation Research

- Solid foundation in:
- Linear Programming, Integer Programming

- Simulation Modeling
- Forecasting Techniques

- Proficiency in tools:

- Python / R / MATLAB / Excel Solver

- Knowledge of Machine Learning applications in OR is preferred
