- Teach courses such as:

- Qualified Communication
- Soft Skills Personality Development
- Business Communication (for management students)

- Develop lesson plans, course material, assignments, and evaluation methods
- Conduct interactive sessions focusing on speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills
- Use modern teaching tools (LMS, language labs, presentations, case studies)

Skill Development Training

- Train students in

- Presentation skills
- Interview preparation GD (Group Discussion)
- Resume writing and corporate communication

- Conduct language lab sessions and communication workshops
- Support placement training and corporate readiness programs

Research Publications

- Conduct research in English Literature, Linguistics, or Communication Studies
- Publish papers in Scopus / UGC-CARE / Web of Science journals
- Participate in conferences, FDPs, and workshops
- Contribute to content development (modules, MOOCs, study material)





Student Engagement Mentoring

- Mentor students for academic and personality development
- Encourage participation in debates, literary clubs, and cultural activities

- Organize events like

- Debates, poetry, and essay competitions
- Theatre and public speaking activities

Administrative Responsibilities
- Participate in NAAC/NBA accreditation and IQAC processes
- Assist in curriculum design as per NEP 2020
- Support admission processes, examinations, and institutional events
- Master s Degree in English / English Literature / Linguistics / Communication with minimum 55% marks

- NET qualified
- PhD - English/Education

Liberal Arts Languages
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train students for corporate environments
- Knowledge of:
