NManage Vendors associated with Branding, Merchandising to facilitate smooth

Naccomplishment of KRAs

NSupport current initiatives,pilot programs, and process improvement projects by coordinating

Ncross-functional execution and tracking impact.

NCoordinate with Supply, Product, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure

Nseamless execution of program deliverables.

NPublish weekly, fortnightly, and monthly performance reports, including target vs.

Nachievement reviews,



and support governance reviews with regional teams.

NAnalyse business and operational data to identify trends, highlight risks, and recommend

Ncorrective actions to improve program outcomes.

NMonitor program KPIs andbuild dashboards, scorecards, and trackers to provide actionable

Ninsights on program performance, adoption, and regional execution.

NWork closely with the finance team to seamlessly streamline payments to vendors, BO

Nreimbursements, billings,PO creation & closure. Closely track spends as per budget allocation

Nand own the provisioning of monthly spends

NOwn the planning and execution of the Primo WhatsApp communication calendar to keep

Npartners informed and engaged with key program initiatives and updates.
