Role Description The Assistant Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of a food and beverage outlet. This role oversees floor activities, ensures smooth service delivery, and works closely with the Outlet Manager to maintain operational standards and guest satisfaction.

Key tasks include supervising team members, managing shift schedules, monitoring inventory and stock levels, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and hygiene standards.

Manager also handles guest interactions,



addresses service concerns, supports training of staff, and contributes to implementing promotional initiatives and performance improvements. They should also know how to make basic mocktails and shakes.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Demonstrated People Management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate outlet staff.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Practical Inventory Management skills to track stock, reduce wastage, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Experience in restaurant, café, or broader food and beverage operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak service times, as required by outlet operations.
- Knowledge of basic POS systems and familiarity with standard F&B; operating procedures and hygiene norms.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
