Required Skills Experience in Railway Track Maintenance with Government Compliance

Of Position Incumbent

- Railway track maintenance from plant to ASM4 and supervision of railway maintenance manpower.
- Government compliances related to railway.
- Responsible for clinker/cement dispatch through railway track with 100% availability for rake movement.
- Maintain inventory related to railway track maintenance.
- Supervision of plant roads housekeeping with manpower, sweeping machine, and tractors.
- Supervision and hiring of cherry picker, JCB, water tanker, and tractors.
- Pre-clinkerisation, post-clinkerisation, and railway area drains cleaning work during monsoon.
- Rolling shutter maintenance work in plant/colony/mines.
- Coordination, communication, and help provided to other departments during shutdown.
- Miscellaneous civil work in plant areas.
