Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for media production, events, advertising, and training services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, brands, and agencies.

- Pitch services offered by AVD Motion Pictures to corporate clients, government departments, and creative industries.

- Meet monthly sales targets and actively participate in revenue generation.

- Create and implement marketing strategies (offline and online) to promote company services.

- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

- Provide regular reports on sales progress and market insights.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,



or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales or marketing (preferably in media, advertising, or event industry).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- Strong understanding of local markets in Jammu & Kashmir.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
