Role Description The Assistant Manager Training Technical – Integrated Facility Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for IFM staff, ensuring that teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to maintain high service standards.

Day-to-day activities include conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, creating and updating training materials and SOPs, coordinating with operations and technical teams to identify skill gaps, and tracking training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, maintaining training records,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across facility management operations.

Qualifications

- Robust technical knowledge in Integrated Facility Management domains such as building services, housekeeping, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and safety practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development, training material creation, and conducting workshops or classroom sessions.
- Ability to assess training needs, perform skill gap analyses, and use data or feedback to refine training content and methodologies.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging diverse learner groups and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and documentation simultaneously.
- Familiarity with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices related to facility management and technical services.
- Proficiency with basic office and training tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, learning materials), and openness to using digital learning platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related technical field; relevant certifications in training or IFM are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a technical training or supervisory role within facility management or a related services industry is preferred.
