Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager Voice Process (Sales) to lead and manage inside sales teams, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence in a quick-paced B2C sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Voice Process / Inside Sales team
Drive team performance and achieve sales targets
Monitor productivity, conversions, and revenue generation
Handle attrition and shrinkage management
Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions
Ensure adherence to process and quality standards
Track KPIs, MIS reports, and team performance metrics
Key Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Voice Process / Sales
Must have experience in Inside Sales & B2C Sales
Strong team handling experience is mandatory
Experience in managing attrition and shrinkage is mandatory
Strong understanding of sales metrics and productivity tracking
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Graduation is mandatory
