Candidate Screening

Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and select suitable candidates for interviews.

Interviewing and Selection

Coordinate interviews, participate in the selection process, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Hiring and Onboarding

Manage the entire hiring process from offer extension to onboarding recent hires.

Collaboration

Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with company objectives.

Employer Branding

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and values to attract top talent.

Candidate Experience

Ensure a positive and supportive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.

Market Analysis





Stay informed about industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform hiring strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Full time MBA in HR.

Minimum Experience:

- 6 - 9 years in managing human resources team preferably with a large or similar environment.

Job-Specific Skills:

- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Needed to manage multiple recruitment processes and tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Crucial for clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Knowledge of HR Tools: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
