- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in retail, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or high-volume hiring environments.

Minimum 2 years of experience managing recruitment teams The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment operations for G2 positions across all regions. The role requires close coordination with regional business teams, recruitment team, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, analytics, and ensuring all positions are closed within defined TATs. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing current sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency and quality along with controlling cost.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for G2 positions Pan India.
- Coordinate with regional TA leads and BUHRs to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure all approved requisitions are assigned, tracked, and closed within agreed TAT.
- Monitor hiring pipelines daily and proactively identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular hiring review meetings with regional TA leads and provide action plans for critical positions.
