Sourcing and Attraction
Identify and attract qualified candidates by posting jobs, utilizing online platforms like LinkedIn, and building talent pipelines.
Candidate Screening
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and select suitable candidates for interviews.
Interviewing and Selection
Coordinate interviews, participate in the selection process, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Hiring and Onboarding
Manage the entire hiring process from offer extension to onboarding new hires.
Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with company objectives.
Employer Branding
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive and supportive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
Strategic Planning

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent course.
- Full time MBA in HR will be preferable.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 – 8 years in managing human resources team preferably with a large or similar environment.
