Eligibility

Graduate (10+2+3) Preferred (12th Pass with relevant retail experience may also be considered) Experience: *1–5 Years in Retail / Saree / Textile / Apparel / Ethnic Wear Showroom

Age: 18–34 Years

Language: Fluent Hindi and basic English *

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Showroom Manager in daily showroom operations.

- Lead and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in product selection.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and proper product display.
- Manage stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Support billing, cash handling, and closing activities.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.




- Assist in promotional campaigns, festive sales, and showroom events.
- Prepare daily sales reports and train current sales associates.

Required Skills

* Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and POS/billing system familiarity.
- Knowledge of sarees, fabrics, and ethnic fashion trends is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

* Experience in retail showroom operations.
- Passion for ethnic fashion and customer service.
- Ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
- Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and festive seasons.
