Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marble and tile installation, maintenance, and application issues.
- Guide architects, interior designers, contractors, and customers on product specifications and installation best practices.
- Conduct site visits to resolve technical concerns and ensure proper product application.
- Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality control, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to support customer requirements.

Desired Skill Set:

- B.Tech (or equivalent) in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, installation techniques, and product specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to train and collaborate effectively across teams.
