We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Marketing who will be responsible for on-ground marketing activities, visiting schools and colleges, building partnerships, and generating leads.

Experience Required

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in field marketing / institutional sales / education marketing****Salary

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to do Australian university fairs & services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, counselors, and key stakeholders

- Conduct seminars, presentations, and career guidance sessions for students

- Generating quality leads through on-ground activities and institutional tie-ups

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and workshops





- Coordinate with the internal team for lead follow-ups and conversions

- Maintain and update daily visit reports and lead data

- Organize organic education fairs, events, and seminars

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Confident in public speaking and student engagement

- Ability to travel and manage field activities independently

- Valuable relationship-building and negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools

- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Experience in EdTech / Study Abroad / Coaching industry is a plus

- Existing network with schools and colleges will be an added advantage
