Key Responsibilities

- Carry out incoming inspection or testing and vehicle diagnostic for all Spare/Accessories Development and Mass production Mechanical, E&E; components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Verification and validation of certifications (Regulations, material, performance and functions etc..)
- Develop & standardize documents (Inspection standard, check sheet, Inspection manual, test standards etc..)
- Develop & standardize in Test kit & test bed for components testing, validation.
- Maintaining quality standards for incoming and Outward inspection for development and Mass production parts, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps.




- Ensure blocking of non-conforming product by CAPA as soon as it is identified and ensure work with Co functional team to obtain speedy improvement and disposal for NC parts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Prepare quality performance reports and dashboards.

Ideal Candidate

- BE Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Automotive OEM companies in the field of Spare, accessories, mechanical, Electrical & electronics and proprietary parts.
- Hands on experience in Mechanical, Polymer, E&E; sub components, logic and manufacturing process
- Knowledge & experiences in Supplier Quality Assurance Incoming Inspection, Acceptance criteria, continuous improvement & LEAN.
- GD&T; interpretation
- Engineering drawing reading
- PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC knowledge
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- 8D Problem Solving
- CAPA Management
- Supplier Quality Management
- Quality Audits
- ISO 9001 requirements
- Good experiences in Google, SAP & positive communication skills
