Position: Assistant Manager-QA/QC

Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Experience Required:6-08 years (Agrochemical or Chemical Industry Experience Must)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)

To conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods or stability samples.

To calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment.

To compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses.

To complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks / inventory forms.

Must have knowledge of sophisticated machine like UPLC, LC-MS , GC, ICP-OES, XRD and DSC etc., Preparation of standard solution, Classical lab testing etc. knowledge of chemistry, analytical lab equipment.

Knowledge of Total quality management, ISO 9001, 14001 OHSAS 18001 standards.

Evaluate analytical methods and procedures to determine how they might be improved





Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.

To interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.

Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods and protocols.

Ensure 100% chemical compliance to standards through scheduled checks and recommend corrective actions.

Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.

Undertake corrective action on quality of raw materials and packaging with Material Management department.

Train Lab Assistants to perform Lab tests.
