We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Assistant Manager – POSP to drive Life Insurance business through POSP recruitment and distribution in the Chennai market.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop quality POSP partners.
- Drive Life Insurance business through the POSP channel.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Conduct recruitment drives, onboarding, and sales meetings.
- Build strong relationships with POSP partners and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities across Chennai.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Submit regular sales reports and market updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of field sales experience in Life Insurance.
- POSP recruitment and business development experience is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of the Chennai insurance market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluency in Tamil & English is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
