Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert inbound online leads into life insurance customers.

- Understand customer needs, financial goals, income, and liabilities.

- Recommend suitable Life Insurance products such as Term, ULIP, Endowment & Retirement plans.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.

- Achieve monthly New Business Premium (NBP) and conversion targets.

- Assist customers with e-KYC, documentation, medicals, and policy issuance.

- Maintain high compliance standards with zero mis-selling.

- Update and manage leads through CRM/dialer systems.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2C / Inside Sales / Online Insurance Sales.

- Life Insurance, Banking, or Wealth Management experience preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

- Robust customer-centric and consultative selling approach.

- Comfortable working with CRM and digital sales tools.

- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and ethical.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
